"Misty Dawn Seidel is a rural-Missouri Creative focused on writing and nature photography with emphasis on skies and macro. In her coffee table books, Dreams on Paper and Critter Captions, Misty combines poetry, prose, and humor to give her photography a voice. In 2015, she began creating the Missouri Skies photobook series featuring her photography of clouds, sunrises, and sunsets from that year. Misty is passionate about appreciating and sharing the beauty of nature, creative expression, mental health advocacy, and invisible chronic illness awareness. As Assistant Director of Enrollment Services, nature photographer, author, and entrepreneur, she goes by many titles but her favorite and most important is that of Mom."
