Studies have shown that observing art stimulates the brain, not just the visual cortex, but the pleasure and reward centers as well. Art stimulates our creative expression which leads to well-being. Art can lead to psychological resilience. Art can be used as therapy. This journal highlights the artistic talents of A.T. Still University’s students, faculty, and staff.
