As a current second year DO/MPH student, it is clear how important it is to take time to do the things that remind me of who I am. Painting is one of my favorite outlets to give my left brain a break and let my creative side take over, and something I have always used as an escape from stressful times. It's fun to mix in beads, seeds, feathers, even repurposed trash to make a piece of art exactly that.
