Art Description
I wanted to try my hand at anatomy art for the first time, and asked my preceptor what her favorite organ was. The Liver-it does everything, it regenerates, it creates, it detoxifies, it's amazing. I finally gathered the courage to give it a try, without really planning it out the night before my last day with her, and gave it to her as a thank you gift.

Art has always been an outlet for me. I began mostly using pencils to make portraits of people, I took a ceramics class in high school, as well as AP Studio Art and AP Art History. I also spent some time trying to self learn dip pen calligraphy. I started watercolors right around the time I started medical school, and it may be my favorite medium so far.
