During the term, there are three student surveys administered. All survey results are anonymous, so students are encouraged to respond honestly.
- Mid-Course Survey
This survey opens to students on Monday, 12:00 am of Module 4 and closes Sunday, 11:59 pm of Module 4 (AZ time).
- End of Course Survey
This survey opens to students on Monday, 12:00 am of Module 9 and closes Sunday, 11:59 pm of Module 10 (AZ time). The requirement of survey completion allows CGHS to have instructor and course evaluation data necessary for ATSU needs and accreditation requirements.
- ATSU End of Course Survey
This survey opens to students on Monday, 12:00 am of Module 10 and closes Sunday, 11:59 pm of Module 10 (AZ time). This survey has questions mandated by the University and are used for accreditation and course improvement purposes. Completing all surveys will assist the university with quality improvement measures.
