During the term, there are three student surveys administered. All survey results are anonymous, so students are encouraged to respond honestly.
- Mid-Course Survey
This survey opens to students on Monday, 12:00 am of Module 4 and closes Sunday, 11:59 pm of Module 4 (AZ time).
- End of Course Survey
This survey opens to students on Monday, 12:00 am of Module 9 and closes Sunday, 11:59 pm of Module 10 (AZ time). Completion of this survey is required to open Module 10. The requirement of survey completion allows CGHS to have instructor and course evaluation data necessary for ATSU needs and accreditation requirements.
- Tk20 Survey
ATSU has mandated that students complete a survey using the Tk20 system. Students are emailed a link to this survey. Completion of this survey is outside of Canvas and has no effect on the Canvas course. However, completing all surveys will assist the university with quality improvement measures.
