If you find any content in your course that is not working correctly (e.g., typographical errors, broken links, outdated information), please submit a Course Correction immediately in IRMA (via Citrix). Please do not wait until the end of the term to submit corrections; courses will already be copied for the subsequent term and the correction process becomes a bit more work for everyone then.
Once you have IRMA open, click on the My Courses button and choose your course from the drop-down menu.
Locate the Course Corrections section and click the Add button.
Provide detailed information about the change needed. For instance, if a link is broken and you know of a suitable replacement, please provide that information.
Then click the Submit button.
For accurate tracking and prompt resolution of course issues and corrections, please submit your requests through IRMA whenever possible. If you cannot access IRMA, you may email your corrections to cghsdesigners@atsu.edu. Please include the course prefix and number (e.g., EDUC 7200), the module where the issues occur, and a detailed description of the requested corrections.
