IRMA is the name of the system CGHS uses for information storage on courses, instructors, and other data. This system changes and grows as the CGHS needs change. Each instructor will have access to IRMA via the portal. Within IRMA, instructors can see a list of courses taught, evaluation data from each course, discussion data, grading information, and professional records. Instructors can also submit a course correction, submit the course prep checklist, and complete other tasks. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact cghsdesigners@atsu.edu.
If you see a yellow banner with a Save As button, you can just ignore that or you can close it. You do not need to save it!!
To upload or save a document, you need to save it on your system, not the Citrix system. With Citrix, it creates 2 desktops. To save or upload files, you must find the desktop, documents, etc. of your personal computer. When you wish to upload or save a document, go to This PC->Local Disk (C: [this part will vary based on your computer name])->users->[your name]. Then, you can choose the file you want from there.
