There are many different types of questions that may be created within a quiz or survey, not just multiple choice or true/false. During a course development, the Instructional Design team will work with the course writer to determine the most appropriate question types for each assessment.
If you need to give a student an extra attempt or extra time, please contact cghsdesigners@atsu.edu with the course name, assessment name, the student name, and the information on the extra attempt/time.
