You may find something within your course that needs correction or attention. In these cases, please submit a course correction by following the instructions below.
What constitutes a course correction?
- broken links
- incorrect textbook
- typographical errors
- content corrections
- if in doubt, submit a correction.
When and how do I submit a course correction?
- Please submit course corrections by one of the following two methods:
- Submitting a course correction request in IRMA (best method)
- Emailing the suggested correction to cghsdesigners@atsu.edu.
- Submit all corrections immediately. Do not wait until the end of the term as, by that time, the course is already copied for the next term.
- For broken links, please provide an alternative link, if possible.
What happens after a course correction is submitted?
- The ID team triages the correction.
- If the correction can be made, it will be made in the master (ID) course and the running sections, if applicable. The IDs will email the submitter and the instructors of the running sections.
- If the correction requires significant course changes, the IDs contact the Program Chair for direction.
- From within IRMA you can see the submitted correction and the actions taken.
