Scopus is a large, interdisciplinary database that covers the health sciences, life sciences, physical sciences, social sciences, and humanities. Whenever you want to research a topic that crosses domains, or just want a thorough search, be sure to include Scopus in your search strategy.

CINAHL is the premiere database for research in the allied health disciplines, including physician assistant literature.

UpToDate is a clinical point-of-care tool that includes the essential information needed to learn about and treat common disorders in clinical practice.

DynaMed is a clinical point-of-care tool that assists healthcare professionals in making informed clinical decisions by providing the best available evidence. Similar to UpToDate, DynaMed organizes and structures its information in a slightly different way.

Trip is a clinical search engine that identifies clinical guidelines, systematic reviews, and other forms of high-level evidence that can be used to inform patient care. Unlike other tools, Trip is free and open access.
