Your Liaison Librarian

The Biomedical Sciences program has a dedicated liaison librarian who will be your point of contact for any library and research-related questions. I can be reached at cjgarcia@atsu.edu, or you can schedule a research consultation with me anytime I am available.

Library liaison services include:

  • Helping you develop literature search strategies
  • Suggesting relevant databases and resources for a particular project
  • Helping with evidence-based practice research, such as guiding you through critical appraisal or helping you search for evidence
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with library resources
  • Showing you how to cite sources and use citation managers
  • Help with any part of the research process

If you have a question and don't know who to ask, feel free to come to me. If I am not the right person I will be sure to put you in touch with whoever can help you.
