1,653,352 - (Searches) The library's exclusive, paid resources were searched over a million times with a noticeable increase of activity in the fall.
452,814 - (Sessions) This number represents the number of times that students or faculty accessed one of our resources, suggesting, at a minimum, three searches for every session.
493,270 - Total of all articles, chapters and database units used by the whole of the university population. The University read (well, we assume people still read these days) 209,176 online articles, 166,905 book chapters and 117,189 database components (think UpToDate or any online video the library offers) in 2012.
On average, every person in the university conducted 416 searches, logged 119 database sessions, read 52 journal articles, downloaded 42 book chapters, and used 30 other database units during 2012. (This represents all students, faculty and employees on both campuses.)
154,840 - The library's web site, http://www.atsu.edu/atsmlib, was busy in 2012! 154,840 page visits were racked up during the year.
5,396 - ILL journal articles were borrowed from other libraries off campus and delivered to our customers with a fill rate of 99.97% within one business day in 2012.
