Library Research FAQ

FAQ and introduction to using A.T. Still Memorial Library for online research and learning

BrowZine

BrowZine is a web app that allows ATSU users to digitally browse the many academic journals that the library provides access to. You can quickly access Browzine by clicking on the "Browse e-Journals" link on the library homepage.

Using BrowZine, you can browse journals by topic, or search for specific journals by title. Within Browzine, you can browse through the full backlog of issues for a particular journal and quickly get to the full text of individual articles.

By making an account in BrowZine, you can save and organize journals in an individual, virtual bookshelf, making it easy to keep up with journals in your field and research areas. In addition, you can set up BrowZine to send you email alerts when journals you follow publish new issues.

ATSU Online Journal Index

The ATSU Online Journal Index is another way of searching for ATSU-subscribed journals, and can be a useful tool for getting additional information about how to access a journal.

If you would like to know more about our journal coverage, the journal index can tell you what databases contain articles from a particular journal, from what years we have content from a journal, and if and for how long there is an embargo period between when an article is published and when we have access to it.

In some rare cases, BrowZine may redirect you to the journal index for certain publications that cannot be browsed within BrowZine.
