ADA offers programming and support to those audiologists and students who are or who desire to be autonomous practitioners in whatever setting they choose to practice. In particular, ADA's mission emphasizes practice ownership. ADA is focused on helping audiologists succeed in all aspects of practice, with a particular emphasis on the business of audiology.

The primary purpose of ARA is to promote excellence in hearing care through the provision of comprehensive rehabilitative and habilitative services.

Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (AG Bell) provides information for both children and adults. AG Bell has sections for parents of children with hearing loss, national programs, advocacy and local chapter contacts

The American Academy of Audiology is the world's largest professional organization of, by, and for audiologists. The active membership of more than 12,000 is dedicated to providing quality hearing care services through professional development, education, research, and increased public awareness of hearing and balance disorders.

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is the national professional, scientific, and credentialing association for 191,500 members and affiliates who are audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; audiology and speech-language pathology support personnel; and students.

The American Tinnitus Association (ATA)is a nonprofit organization that promotes relief of, helps prevent, and investigate cures for tinnitus. The ATA brings together patients, researchers, healthcare professionals, industry partners, and lawmakers to advance public understanding of tinnitus and fund vital tinnitus research.

ArSHA is the professional association for audiologists and speech-language pathologists in Arizona. This site is a resource for ArSHA members regarding the association’s activities, CEU opportunities, job bank, and licensure updates, as well as for non-members wanting career and membership information.

The Educational Audiology Association is an international organization of audiologists and related professionals who deliver a full spectrum of hearing services to all children, particularly those in educational settings.

The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to open the world of communication to people with hearing loss through education, information, support and advocacy. HLAA provides assistance and resources for people with hearing loss and their families to learn how to adjust to living with hearing loss. HLAA is working to eradicate the stigma associated with hearing loss and raise public awareness about the need for prevention and the importance of regular hearing screenings throughout life. HLAA has an extensive network of chapters and state associations across the country. HLAA also holds annual conventions for people with hearing loss and professionals.
