Typically yes, but if other people have placed a hold and are on the waiting list, you may not be able to.
If a book is already on loan and thus unavailable, you will see a Hold button instead of a Borrow button. Click on it. You will get a notice when it is available for you.

Your account will have a 14 day checkout as a default, but you can change this to be either 7 days or 21 days.

Yes, you can set OverDrive or Libby to display dyslexic font.

Each university involved chooses and contributes a set number of books or audiobooks for all to share. Everyone has equal access to each book or audiobook regardless of which university chose it. The other libraries participating are listed here.
Libby is a new app, so it doesn't yet work well with some browsers and operating systems. If you can't use it, you can probably use the older OverDrive app, which is still available on most app stores. Find help with it here.
OverDrive allows libraries to make recommended feature lists and share them on the front page, so we do. If you want to find the more general standard subjects, click on the Subjects link in the top menu.
Many libraries have different collections of books and audiobooks on OverDrive, if they have it, so you might want to use it with multiple libraries. You can do this.
If your other library also participates in MOBIUS, you do not need to do anything - its collection is already included in your access.
You can stack up library accounts and search them all at once using Libby. Click on the Libby icon in the top right corner to find the Add a Library option to add all of your library cards.
