Library Instruction Services

Per the library's strategic plan, the A.T. Still Memorial Library is dedicated to improving evidence based practice and research readiness skills across the university through curricula-aligned instruction.

The library can provide instruction on a wide range of topics including:

  • Literature searching and advanced search techniques
  • Evidence based practice searching
  • Critical appraisal for evidence based practice
  • Using clinical tools
  • Systematic and scoping review methodology
  • Scholarly communication topics including copyright, publishing, open science and research impact
  • Data literacy and research data management
  • Information and media literacy 

We will work with you to design instruction that fits your needs and curriculum. We are able to provide instruction in a wide range of formats including

  • Designing course-integrated assignments

We are also able to support classroom instruction by recommending resources including textbooks, readings, videos, and more that fit your course.
