We hope the contents selected for this LibGuide will answer many questions you may have and that you will use it as a regular resource. The details in this LibGuide are written specifically for students of the Occupational Therapy Program. It is intended to facilitate informed and effective academic and clinical experiences for our students. You will still need to utilize the OT Program Guidebook and the ATSU Student Handbook for clarification and additional information relative to school policies for all programs. Please note that the ASHS Department of Occupational Therapy reserves the right to alter, change, add to, or delete any of the policies or procedures in this LibGuide at any time. If you have any additional questions regarding this LibGuide, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the faculty.

All of the occupational therapy faculty and staff would like to emphasize that we are here to provide assistance to you. During your journey through the Occupational Therapy Program, you can expect a challenging and intense academic experience, as well as a busy clinical education. As you progress and learn more about your chosen profession, occupational therapy, we believe you will enjoy your coursework and clinical experiences while building networks of professional contacts and making plans for your future practice.
