Interlibrary Loan

A.T. Still Memorial Library Interlibrary Loan Services

Can’t access an article in full-text?  Need material from a book that isn’t available online or in the ATSMLib’s print collection?

As part of the ATSMLib's commitment to service, we provide faculty and students copies of articles or books that are unavailable through our online access.  If an article or book is not accessible directly, we will order it for you from another library. The request will be sent to a library that owns the article or book, and they will send it to us. Once the material arrives, we send it out to you via email, or, in the case of books, we hold it for you in our AZ or MO campus branch for your pickup.

ILL Request Form

How can I submit a request?

You can submit a request several different ways.

  1. Submit a request using Still OneSearch
    • Click a link below an article abstract saying "Request this item through interlibrary loan" when using certain ATSU subscribed database resources; it will autofill the request with the article information.
  2. Fill out the Ask a Librarian form
    • Please try to include the full citation for your resource. This includes title, publisher, year published, volume/issue, and page numbers. A PMID will work as well.
    • DOIs do not always work when reverse-searched so please do not just give the DOI.
  3. Send us a request through PubMed
    • Select Email on the article you would like to order. Email directly to libmo@atsu.edu or libaz@atsu.edu
    • Very Important: You must include your name and contact information when ordering this way. We have no way of knowing who the order is from otherwise.
  4. Submit a request in Browzine
  5. Email the library directly

Note: If based on the Kirksville campus, you will have access to free loans of print books from a large network of Missouri public and university libraries through the Mobius network - including a wide range of fiction. Order these and pick them up in the Library.
