Hartford Health Care - Administrative Graduate Internship Program

This internship is a 10-week comprehensive paid position starting in June. Interns report directly to a member of the HHC Leadership Team, gaining exposure to the roles and responsibilities of a healthcare administrator.

This project-based internship provides the opportunity to work closely with functional leaders on departmental projects and system-level assignments. The National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) is offering a centralized application service to simplify the application process for fellowship applicants and administrative fellowship sites (currently 122 sites).

NAFCAS will allow NCAF administrative fellowship sites to collect and manage applications more easily, while providing a simplified and streamlined application process for applicants. The platform also will allow NCAF to readily compile aggregate data for benchmarking purposes.

Institute for Diversity and Health Equity - Summer Enrichment Program (SEP)

The Institute for Diversity and Health Equity’s Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) is a 10-week, paid internship program for graduate students that are in the process of pursuing an advanced degree within health care or a related field. Experienced administrators serve as preceptors and mentors, providing support and career advice as well as critical early-career connections.

American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) - Diversity Internship

Location: Chicago, IL

The three-month internship program will provide an opportunity for the intern to rotate through all major ACHE departments including the Executive Office, Communications and Marketing, Business Excellence, Health Administration Press, Learning and Executive Engagement. ACHE Senior Vice President of Executive Engagement, Anita Halvorsen, FACHE, will serve as the preceptor for the internship program. The internship program's content will be developed around organizational needs and the intern's special interests. There will be a limited opportunity to attend healthcare management meetings and conferences. In addition, the intern will participate in the Institute for Diversity and Health Equity's Summer Enrichment Program, which will provide added exposure to the healthcare management field. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) - Public Health Administration and Implementation Fellowship

Joining Division of Overdose Prevention (DOP), the selected participant will train in the Applied Prevention Sciences Team. CalOptima Health Administrative Fellowship

Main Line Health - Administrative Fellowship Program

Main Line Health's Administrative Fellowship provides recent graduates the opportunity to join Main Line Health’s administrative team and gain practical, hands on experience in a suburban, community-based health system.
