Check-It-Out @ ATSM Library Issue 2, 2013: Spotlight on
Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan News - We are here to help!

Through resource sharing, the ATSU community has access to materials not owned by the ATSU Library. The Interlibrary Loan Department (ILL) borrows materials from libraries for our users and lends ATSU materials to other libraries.  Materials for our users are borrowed from libraries around the world.  Likewise, materials from ATSU libraries have travelled to many countries on several continents.

Thanks to better technology, extensive training, and dedicated management, the Interlibrary Loan department now provides:

·         Almost 100% of articles requested by our patrons electronically

·         Most articles provided within 24 hours or sooner

·         On average, the majority of borrowed ILL materials are received within 2 to 3 business days after requests are placed

Be sure to include AT Still Memorial Library Interlibrary Loan as part of your research strategy; and don't forget: for help finding those important sources, you can ask a librarian. We are here to help!

Providing quality service in a timely manner is extremely important to the ILL staff.  If you need any assistance, please call Leisa Walter at (660 626 2030), email (ill@atsu.edu) , or Catherine Ryczek at (480) 219-6090, email libaz@atsu.edu.
